Asset Tagging and Audit Trail

Every shielded bag, transport case, cabinet drawer and filter feedthrough gets a unique asset tag. Cables and consumables are batch-tagged.

Issue, return, damage report, validation test and disposal events are logged against the tag. Assets are linked to their last-used case reference.

Quarterly visual inspection of bags for seal damage and abrasion. Annual attenuation re-test of representative samples and of cabinet filter feedthroughs.

Reports run by asset class, by location, by case — the same database supports operational, governance and accreditation needs.
